Memphis Farmer’s Market

April 1 – October 1, Saturdays, 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. Central Station Pavilion at GE Patterson downtown

The most popular farmer’s market in town is located downtown. It opens seasonally starting in April 2023. You can shop for fresh produce, flowers, and coffee as well as prepared foods and handcrafted goods. The usual celebrations (kids’ activities and live music, food trucks, dog sitting, and food trucks) are still being planned.

On May 7, they will host a Crawfish Boil Day from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Farm Park Farmer’s Market

Thursdays, June 16 through August 25, 4 to 7 p.m., Franklin Park, 7725 Poplar Pike

There is plenty of things to do in Germantown, and the Farm Park Farmer’s Market is one of them! This farmer’s market is committed to healthy living and sustainable lifestyles. It features locally fresh-grown fruits and vegetables. 

You will also find a variety of fresh-cut flowers and value-added products. This market is a great place to be on Thursday evenings in Germantown because of its family-friendly atmosphere.

Live music, local art, healthy food from food truck vendors, kid’s activities, and cooking demonstrations are all part of the Farm Park Market. Cooper-Young Community Farmer’s Market

All year, Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (in fall and winter, 9 a.m.) First Congo parking lot

Cooper-Young hosts a weekly market that is open all year. It features vendors selling local fruits and vegetables, meats, baked goods, and coffee, as well as hot dishes, homemade jewelry, crafts, and other goods. They will support local farmers and sellers even during winter.

Agricenter Farmer’s Market

April through October, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., 7777 Walnut Grove Road

The Agricenter Farmer’s Market has been providing fresh produce to the Memphis community since 1986. We recommend picking up fresh-picked honey and fruits. They also have the best watermelons, strawberries, and blueberries anywhere in Memphis. This market has everything you need.

The brightly colored barn-shaped building houses a variety of fruits, vegetables, and baked goods. Plants and flowers can be purchased outside.

Lightfoot Farmer’s Market & Processing is a family-owned and operated business that proudly serves West Tennessee. The farm fresh market and USDA meat processing plant were built in June 2021.

Winchester Farmer’s Market

Open daily 8:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. 6616 Winchester Rd.

Although it is called a “farmer’s market”, it is actually an indoor international grocery store. This place is incredible. This place is filled with amazing food, including Latin American and Asian cuisines.

You can think of all kinds of produce, fresh meats, live seafood, international snacks, and much more.

Jones Orchard

Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Markets at 7170 Highway 51 N. and 6850 Singleton Pkwy, both in Millington

Jones Orchard sells their homegrown apples, berries, plums, peaches, nectarines, strawberries, and much more at two Millington roadside markets.

Jones Orchard is often seen at the Memphis Farmer’s Market and Cooper-Young markets, as well as the Hernando Market. The market sells fresh-made jams, homemade pies, and other products.

If Jones Orchard is open, you should go if you believe that things are best enjoyed after hard labor (or if you are very picky). There are patches of blackberries, strawberries, and peaches that you can pick yourself, as well as a pumpkin patch in the fall.

Landmark Farmer’s Market

All year, Monday to Saturday, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at 2489 Carnes Avenue

Landmark Farmer’s Market, an indoor market for non-profits that is open all year long. Many of the products are grown on the farm by volunteers. The market promotes sustainable food production and encourages locals to be interested in the origins and growth of food.
